The Role – Account Executive DACH

You will be responsible for expanding the business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, owning the full sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses aiming to scale their revenue.

You will join a high-performing international sales team with the ambition to build the #1 hospitality SaaS platform in the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification demo closing

  • Drive new business through outbound outreach, pipeline development, trade fairs, and strong CRM discipline

  • Conduct online and in-person meetings with decision-makers

  • Present value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Build long-term client relationships

  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English (B2+)

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, software, or services sales

  • Proven success in target-driven environments

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Structured sales approach and methodology
